Ashlee P. Clark


ashleeAshlee P. Clark is a member of California State Bar and admitted to practice before all California Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She attended Southwestern Law School’s two-year SCALE Program, earning her Juris Doctor in 2011. While in law school, she was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program where she received extensive training in trial skills and placed nationally in mock trial competitions. After graduating, Ms. Clark completed a prominent litigation fellowship through the Los Angeles division of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), which included a clerkship with the Honorable William D. Stewart of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Before joining Seki, Nishimura & Watase, Ms. Clark’s practice focused on defending doctors and healthcare facilities against medical malpractice claims in all stages of litigation. She also handled matters related to general civil and business litigation and provided consultation to local hospitals and organizations on privacy matters related to HIPAA and CMIA.

Currently, her practice areas include public entity and public utility defense, personal injury defense, medical malpractice, as well as corporate and business litigation. She has successfully defended clients in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Clark remains involved with Southwestern’s Trial Advocacy Honors Program as a coach and alumni advisor for student advocates. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association and the Southern California Defense Counsel.
