Kari Kadomatsu,

Associate

Kari Kadomatsu is a member of California State Bar and admitted to practice before all California Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She received a JD/MBA with Certification in Environmental, Land Use and Real Estate Law from Chapman University School of Law.

Background

Most notably in law school, she held the positon as Senior Notes Editor of the Chapman Law Review and was a recipient of the President’s Law Scholarship. Ms. Kadomatsu graduated Cum Laude from University of California Irvine with a B.A. in Economics.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Kadomatsu specialized in employment, business, general civil litigation and personal injury law. She has advised corporate clients in the oversight of business transactions, as well as drafted agreements regarding business transactions and business formations.

Practice areas

Her practice at Seki, Nishimura & Watase, LLP focuses on business transactions, public entity and public utility defense litigation, personal injury, as well as matters involving general civil litigation, family law and estate planning. Ms. Kadomatsu has also successfully appeared before the Social Security Administration Board.

Ms. Kadomatsu is currently a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division of the Orange County Bar and the Japanese American Bar Association.
