Scott Briggs is a member of California State Bar and admitted to practice to the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern District courts, December 1 of 2011. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of California, Irvine and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. He is a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Briggs worked for Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP as a law clerk from 2008 to 2011. He became an associate there from 2011 to 2014. He also worked at the Law Office of Scott C. Briggs from 2014 until 2017. He later became an attorney for AT&T, May of 2017 until June of 2019.
Mr. Briggs’ area of practice includes arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, telecommunications, consumer protection, and deceptive trade practice acts.
